Stubborn Things: Political Podcast starring two of us!
If you haven't heard (and that is entirely possible), there is a weekly political podcast featured on Florida Progressive Radio (available online) called "Stubborn Things", hosted by myself and co-hosted by fellow Metropolitan League member Mark-Allen West. We're a month into our run, and we're always looking for guests, topics, and callers. Since it is part of the Florida Progressive Coalition network, we try to find a Floridian angle for everything, but we're not required to focus only on Florida.
(Keep in mind, this show is intended only for those people who don't mind an occasional curse word.)
It airs every Thursday at 7:00 PM Eastern, but is available for listening anytime at the FPR website. When we're on air, you can call in to 646.716.7543 and join the conversation. It's lively, fun, and well-informed.

Episode 1 "Veep": Mark and I discuss vice presidential choices for Barack Obama.
Episode 2 "Polling Data": I talk about the latest polling information regarding the presidential race.
Episode 3 "Supreme Guns": I follow up on polls, I talk about George Carlin, and Pat McAdams. Also, Second Amendment issues and more.
Episode 4: "Hello, WALL*E!": Mark and I talk about polls, Wes Clark's words, and the conservative backlash to WALL*E.
